The Corrective Skincare Mentorship is a 4-week virtual intensive for estheticians ready to stop second-guessing their treatment decisions and learn how to approach corrective skincare with confidence.

This isn’t about memorizing protocols or performing the strongest treatment. You’ll learn how to assess the skin, understand what it needs, select the appropriate treatment, build intentional treatment plans, and confidently progress your clients toward better results.

What We’ll Cover

October 5 at 5 PM — The Foundation
Barrier Health • Product Knowledge • Treatment Planning
Learn how to assess barrier health, understand the role of active ingredients and homecare, and begin building treatment plans based on what the skin actually needs.

October 12 at 5 PM — Level 1 Treatment Breakdown
Master the treatments that prepare, support and strengthen the skin. We’ll break down treatment selection, advanced exfoliation, enzymes, client progression and when Level 1 is the smarter choice.

October 19 at 5 PM — Level 2 Treatment Breakdown
Go deeper into corrective treatments including chemical peels and spicules, how to choose between modalities, treatment progression, endpoints, safety and creating intentional corrective protocols.

October 26 at 5 PM — Microneedling + Scaling
Break down microneedling beyond the pen—from treatment planning and technique to incorporating it into corrective programs. We’ll also discuss how to scale your corrective skincare services beyond individual treatments and create more revenue from your expertise.
