Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Reesthetics Beauty Lounge. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services
We provide professional skincare treatments, waxing, IV hydration, and wellness services.
Results vary by individual. Always consult with your provider for personalized advice.

Booking Fee
At Reesthetics Beauty Lounge we pride ourselves in our work and expect to provide the best services to each client. All clients are required to pay a booking fee to secure their appointment. The booking fee will be deducted from the final balance after the service has been performed. If the client chooses to No Show or Cancels/Reschedules the appointment outside of our Cancellation Policy, this booking fee will not be returned and a new booking fee will be charged if the client decides to book another service.

Cancellations
At Reesthetics Beauty Lounge we ask clients cancel or reschedule 48 hours before their scheduled appointment. If the client cancels or reschedules the appointment after the 48 hour time frame, said client will be charged the full remaining balance and will lose their booking fee. All charges will be made immediately, no exceptions.

Payments
We accept secure online payments through third-party processors. All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before receiving services. Failure to disclose such information releases Reesthetics Beauty Lounge from any liability for adverse reactions. Reesthetics Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse treatment if it may pose a health risk, at our sole discretion.

Products
Products purchased online are non-refundable unless defective. For defective products, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and description of the defect. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

All content on this site (text, images, logo) is owned by Reesthetics Beauty Lounge and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special,or consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of ourservices, products, or website, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritations, or other adverse effects from treatments or products.

Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such notifications means you accept the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Refund Policy
At Reesthetics Beauty Lounge all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. We encourage you to review all product information carefully before making a purchase. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Late Fee
At Reesthetics Beauty Lounge we value everyones time. Since we run off appointment only, we have a 10 minute grace period in place. This allows us to provide the best service possible to all clients. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the client will be charged a $20 late fee, in addition to their remaining balance. If we can no longer accommodate the appointment after the grace period, the client will be charged the remaining balance for the appointment and will lose their booking fee.

Shipping Policy
Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received, excluding holidays & weekends. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Memberships/Packages
Memberships/Packages must be used by the specified time frame. Any unused appointments will not be refunded. Memberships/Packages are final sale, no refunds will be issued.
