Beauty school gave you the foundation. Now it’s time to go beyond it.

The Corrective Skincare Mentorship is a virtual intensive created for estheticians who are ready to stop second-guessing their treatment decisions and start treating skin with more confidence, strategy and intention.

This isn't another class that gives you a protocol and sends you on your way.

I'm teaching you how to THINK like a corrective skincare practitioner.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN

Four Weeks. Four Live Trainings. One Goal: Treat Skin With Confidence.

OCTOBER 5 • 5 PM ET Barrier Health + Product Knowledge + Treatment Planning

Learn how to assess barrier health, understand active ingredients and product selection, and create intentional treatment plans based on what your client's skin actually needs.

OCTOBER 12 • 5 PM ET Level 1 Treatment Breakdown

We'll break down your foundational corrective treatments, including enzymes and advanced exfoliation, when to choose them and how they fit into a client's progression.

OCTOBER 19 • 5 PM ET Level 2 Treatment Breakdown

We're taking it up a level with chemical peels, spicules, treatment selection, progression, safety and how to make more intentional corrective decisions.

OCTOBER 26 • 5 PM ET Microneedling + Scaling

We'll break down microneedling from treatment planning and technique to incorporating it into corrective programs plus how to turn your advanced skills into more revenue in your treatment room.

All sessions are held virtually via Zoom. Replays are included.

You know how to perform the facial. But do you know WHY you're choosing it?

Maybe you've found yourself wondering:

Should I peel her or focus on hydration first?

Is her barrier actually impaired or is her skin simply dehydrated?

Which active ingredients does this client really need?

When is her skin ready to progress to a more advanced treatment?

Should I choose an enzyme, peel, spicule treatment or microneedling?

Why am I following the protocol but not getting the results I expected?

If you've asked yourself these questions, this mentorship was created to close that gap.

The goal isn't to perform stronger treatments.

The goal is to make smarter treatment decisions.

You're Not Just Learning. You're Implementing.

Your mentorship includes a Professional Corrective Skincare Kit so you have the tools to begin putting what you're learning into practice.

YOUR KIT INCLUDES:

  • 1 oz Even Tone Enzyme — Mandelic Acid + Alpha Arbutin

  • 1 oz Professional Chemical Peel — choice of 10% Mandelic

  • 1 oz Peel Neutralizer

  • Reesthetics Precision Microneedling Pen

  • 1 oz Microneedling Serum

MEET YOUR MENTOR

Ariel | RN + Licensed Esthetician Founder of Reesthetics Beauty Lounge® + Beyond Beauty School™

For nearly a decade my background in nursing has shaped the way I approach corrective skincare: assess first, understand what's happening, and treat intentionally.

As a licensed esthetician, educator and skincare brand founder, I've built my practice around helping clients address concerns like acne, hyperpigmentation, texture and scarring, with a special focus on treating melanin-rich skin safely and effectively.

But one of the biggest things I've learned is that results don't come from simply having access to stronger products or more advanced treatments.

They come from knowing what to use, when to use it, and why.

That's why I created Beyond Beauty School™ to help estheticians bridge the gap between what we learned in school and what it actually takes to confidently treat real skin in the treatment room.

Now I'm bringing the clinical thinking, treatment strategies and lessons I've learned behind the treatment room into this mentorship.
