POLICIES

  • We do not offer any refunds. If any issues occur, please reach out to us at reestheticsbeauty@gmail.com and we will do our best to fix the issue.

  • SHIPPING: When placing an online order please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. 

  • PACKAGES: When purchasing packages, there are no refunds allowed. All appointments are only honored for the person purchasing the package. Any unused appointments will not be refunded. 

  • There is a $15 non refundable deposit required for all appointments. Deposits can be transferred only once to another appointment. If you cancel your appointment, the deposit is not refunded to you. If you reschedule your appointment more than once, a new deposit will be required for the new appointment time. 

  • A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for all cancellations & reschedules. Cancelling and or rescheduling an  appointment les than 48 hours in advance will result in the card on file being charged 100% of remaining balance.

  • We accept Cash or Card Payments only. All card payments require a 4% processing fee. We do not accept Apple Pay, Zelle, or Cash App.

  • No children or extra guests are allowed at appointments. 

  • There is a 10 minute grace period. If running late please contact me. Anything later than 10 minutes will result in deposit forfeiture and a reschedule of your appointment with a new deposit.
